Nydeaf's debut EP What In The Universe album review by Fuzzy Cracklins

What In The Universe by Nydeaf
What In The Universe by Nydeaf

I started this blog to give a little boost to some of the many instrumental albums on Bandcamp that are not getting anywhere near the amount of love and attention they deserve. When I am listening to an album and I really enjoy it, and then take a look at its Bandcamp page only to see a handful of fans supporting it ... well, that makes me want to help and get the word out. Stream the album at Bandcamp and read Fuzzy Cracklin's review of the instrumental stoner metal album What In the Universe by Nydeaf after the jump.

Just a short post to give you all a heads-up on the quick follow-up to Zero-day-wareZ's debut album from last month (read my post on it here). Listen for free and read Fuzzy Cracklin's music review of the instrumental funk metal album Fukkengrüven by Zero-day-wareZ below....

I'm always on the hunt for fresh crawdaddies, and fresh instrumental tunes. My crawdad pot is already full so I'm good there, and I just found RZMNR's self-titled EP on Bandcamp so my ears are now full of fuzzy, stoner-y, doomy riffs. Stream it for free and read Fuzzy Cracklin's album review of the instrumental stoner album RZMNR self-titled below....

Live at the Globe by Moon Goose album review by Fuzzy Cracklins

Live at the Globe by Moon Goose
Live at the Globe by Moon Goose

Live at the Globe is the second EP from UK group Moon Goose. And while they call their music psychedelic, don't think it is going to lull you into a dreamy haze of contemplation. These tunes have a lot of trippy energy. Stream it for free and read Fuzzy Cracklin's music review of the instrumental psychedelic album Live at the Globe by Moon Goose below....

Saturno Grooves -- Solar Hawk album review by Fuzzy Cracklins

Saturno Grooves -- Solar Hawk
Saturno Grooves -- Solar Hawk

One of the (many) crazy things about America is the geography. In less than a day, you can drive from the mostly-water lowland swamps of Lafayette, Louisiana to the mile-high arid desert in Durango, Colorado. Listen for free and read Fuzzy Cracklin's music review of the desert rock stoner album Solar Hawk by Saturno Grooves below....

Stonemongers -- Turn On! album review by Fuzzy Cracklins

Stonemongers -- Turn On!
Stonemongers -- Turn On!
Russians and Americans have a lot in common. Heavy drinking. Loud music. There might be other things as well, but let's not get swamped in the details. When it comes to heavy rock, we can both agree on the debut album from Russian band Stonemongers -- Turn On! Listen for free and read Fuzzy Cracklin's review of the instrumental stoner album Turn On! by the Stonemongers below....

OOPArt EP by OOPArt

OOPArt EP by OOPArt
OOPArt EP by OOPArt
The cool gators already know that it's all about the instrumental music around here. But let us not forget the Golden Rule:

"Fuzzy Cracklins will listen to anything once."

So I'm glad that Flavio from OOPArt hit me up to give their debut EP a listen. Their music is definitely my style (a blend of heavy blues, stoner, psych, hard rock) and while I would normally pass on tracks with vocals, I have to say these guys have a unique singing style & sound that goes very well with their music.
